Wallpaper Weekly, no. 5 / Quadrille Climbing Hydrangea
Manufacturer: Quadrille / Pattern: Climbing Hydrangea / Color: Peach on Almost White
Typically, peach is a color we tend to avoid. When faced with a neutral color on the fence, we often ask each other “Is this in vogue nude or bad foundation color peach?” As a general rule, peach falls in the same category as mauve: avoid at all costs. But perhaps this paper from Quadrille has changed our minds. The room above is totally Granny chic and the perfect mix of elements in what appears to be a country setting. Madonna may not be a fan of this print, but we certainly are!

With that settee, it works beautifully. I truly believe it isn’t what one uses in decor, but rather how they pull the various elements together that make or break the overall appeal of a space (and the individual pieces!)
Loved the Madonna reference! :) Now, whenever I look at a wallpaper for my home, I ask myself…what would Anne and Suysel think? Seriously. I think I found a lovely one for my entry/stairwell thanks to watching what you like to use!!
